This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Pageface platform, including Faceflow, Pageface-PW applications, the Marketplace, and AI-powered features (the “Service”), operated by SARL ZHULI (“Pageface”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

1. General principles

You must use the Service in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner. You are solely responsible for all content, applications, and resources you create, publish, or distribute using Pageface.

2. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights;
  • create, distribute, or host malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • engage in phishing, fraud, scams, or deceptive practices;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse individuals or groups;
  • distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or incites violence;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • abuse platform resources, including excessive or automated requests that degrade service performance.

3. User content and applications

You are responsible for ensuring that any content or application you create using the Service:

  • complies with applicable laws and regulations;
  • includes appropriate privacy notices where personal data is collected;
  • does not mislead users about its purpose or functionality;
  • does not violate third-party rights.

4. Marketplace rules

If you publish or distribute resources via the Marketplace:

  • you must have the right to distribute such resources;
  • you must not include malicious or hidden functionality;
  • you must provide accurate descriptions of your resources;
  • you are responsible for supporting and maintaining your published resources.

Pageface reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict Marketplace content that violates this AUP or applicable law.

You must not use AI-powered features to:

  • generate or distribute illegal content;
  • impersonate individuals or organizations;
  • create deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent material;
  • generate content intended to cause harm or manipulate others;
  • process sensitive personal data without a lawful basis.

6. Enforcement

Pageface may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including warnings, suspension, removal of content, or termination of accounts.

Pageface reserves the right to comply with legal requests from authorities where required by law.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
