AI Usage Policy

This AI Usage Policy explains how artificial intelligence (“AI”) features provided by SARL ZHULI (“Pageface”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may be used within the Pageface platform and related services (the “Service”).

This Policy is intended to promote responsible and lawful use of AI technologies and to align with applicable European Union regulations, including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act where applicable.

1. Scope of AI features

Pageface provides AI-powered tools to assist users in creating content, layouts, components, resources, and other digital assets. AI features are designed to support productivity and creativity, not to replace human judgment.

2. No automated decision-making

Pageface AI features do not perform fully automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

3. User responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
• you are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using AI-generated content;
• you must ensure that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited uses of AI

You must not use AI features to:

• generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content;
• impersonate real persons or misrepresent identity;
• conduct surveillance, profiling, or social scoring of individuals;
• manipulate or deceive users;
• process sensitive personal data without a lawful basis.

5. Data and training

AI inputs and outputs may be processed to provide the Service, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Pageface does not use private user content to train public AI models without explicit permission.

6. Transparency

Where AI-generated content is used in user-facing applications, users are encouraged to clearly inform end users that such content may be AI-generated.

7. Limitation of liability

AI features are provided “as is” and “as available”. Pageface does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, originality, or legality of AI-generated output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pageface shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Enforcement

Pageface may suspend or restrict access to AI features if misuse is detected or suspected.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this AI Usage Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our services.
