These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pageface platform, including all related services, tools, and applications (the “Service”), operated by SARL ZHULI (“Pageface”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Pageface is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to:

• create, build, and deploy websites and web applications;
• use Faceflow, a modular website and application builder;
• use pre-built industry solutions (“Solutions”);
• publish, distribute, and use digital resources via the Marketplace;
• use AI-powered tools to assist with content and resource creation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• providing accurate and up-to-date information;
• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Plans and pricing

Pageface may offer free and paid subscription plans. The features and limitations of each plan are described on our website or within the Service.

The Free Plan may include, among other features:

• custom domain support;
• HTTPS / SSL;
• no mandatory Pageface branding;
• commercial use.

We reserve the right to modify plans, pricing, or features with reasonable notice.

6. User content and ownership

You retain ownership of all content, applications, and data you create or upload to the Service (“User Content”).

By using the Service, you grant Pageface a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

7. End-user data and responsibility

If you create and publish applications using Pageface-PW that collect personal data from end users, you act as the Data Controller for such data. Pageface acts as a Data Processor only to the extent it hosts or processes data on your behalf.

You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices and complying with data protection laws applicable to your end users.

8. Marketplace

The Marketplace allows developers to publish and distribute digital resources and allows users to access those resources.

• Developers are responsible for the content, quality, and legality of their resources.
• Pageface does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of Marketplace resources.
• We may remove or restrict access to Marketplace content that violates our policies or applicable law.

9. AI features

Pageface provides AI-powered tools to assist with content and resource creation. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available”.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate;
• you are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use;
• Pageface does not guarantee originality, accuracy, or legal compliance of AI outputs.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• distribute malware, harmful code, or abusive content;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• abuse platform resources or interfere with the Service.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you:

• violate these Terms;
• use the Service in a way that poses legal, security, or operational risks;
• are required to do so by law or a competent authority.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

We may update or modify the Service at any time, including adding or removing features.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Service is provided without warranties of any kind;
• Pageface shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• our total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Pageface during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pageface from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
