Publish a Page
Publish a Page
Use this guide when a FaceFlow page is ready to go live.
Publishing should be the last step in a full page review, not the moment when the team first discovers missing sections, broken links, or unclear CTAs.
Pre-Publish Checklist
- Confirm the page goal is still clear
- Review all Components
- Check the selected Layout
- Test any Form or Review
- Review all key links and messages
- Preview both mobile and desktop presentation
- Confirm the page is in the correct site location
Full Review Sequence
Before publishing, review the page in this order:
- message clarity
- section order
- trust and proof
- CTA visibility
- interactive elements
- layout and navigation context
- final page path and placement
That order helps teams catch the most important issues before focusing on smaller polish details.
What To Check Carefully
- headline and CTA still support the same goal
- Forms submit correctly
- Reviews or trust sections appear in the right place
- navigation and internal links are correct
- the page still makes sense outside the editor view
Common Mistakes
- publishing from a section-level preview only
- forgetting to test embedded interactions
- launching before confirming the final page path and navigation context
- focusing on visuals but skipping the visitor journey
- treating publish as reversible by default instead of reviewing carefully
A Good Publish Standard
A page is ready to go live when:
- the goal is clear
- the message flow is complete
- the CTA is visible and relevant
- trust is present where needed
- interactions are tested
- the page fits the rest of the site correctly
