Where to find it
In your account, open AI Builder and the AI assistant tab, then choose your website. In FaceFlow it is in the menu, as AI assistant, and the editor offers to Ask the AI assistant to rewrite or translate a text.
What you can ask
Write what should change, in your own words, and click Send. For example:
- Texts: "Rewrite the welcome text in a warmer tone", or replace a word everywhere on the website.
- Your business information: a new phone number, address, opening hours, holidays and closures, social profiles.
- Lists: add a dish, a treatment or a news article; publish or unpublish items; import a spreadsheet (CSV file) into a list.
- Pictures: your own photo, a free stock photo, or a picture made by the AI (logos and the pictures of the header and footer stay as they are).
- Pages and sections: copy, move or remove a section; add a page made like one of yours; add a link to the menu.
- Languages: translate what is missing, or everything, and add a new language.
- Notices at the top of every page, with a start and an end; page descriptions for search engines; your visitors' reviews, approved or hidden.
Click the paperclip to give it a picture (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 3 per message) or a table (a CSV file of up to 1,000 rows).
Check every change, then confirm
The assistant answers with the changes it proposes, each with its before and after. Untick any you do not want, then click Make these changes. A moment later it says Done, with Undo to take the changes back; what you changed yourself since then stays as it is. A new language cannot be undone this way: remove it in FaceFlow, in Site settings and Languages.
Asking and looking at a proposal are free. AI points are used only when you confirm, and come back if nothing could be made.
AI points
Each plan has its AI points for the month: 20 on Starter, 150 on Pro and 300 on Business. They come back at the start of every month. What a confirmed change uses:
- A change by the assistant: 1 point.
- A new article, dish or team member: 3 points.
- A new page: 3 points.
- A notice at the top of every page: 2 points.
- A new language for the whole website: 5 points.
The footer of each proposal shows its points before you confirm. When the month's points are used, the assistant waits for next month, or for an upgrade.
A new design: the Design tab
A new or redesigned section, the latest items of a list shown on another page, or new colours, fonts and corners are designed in the Design tab of the AI Builder. Before you confirm, you see your website on a laptop and on a phone, as it is now and with the change. Each design uses a twentieth of an AI site build rather than points.
Let it make small changes at once
In the assistant's Settings, turn on Make small, safe changes without asking me: texts, the notice and reviews are then changed at once, and you can still undo them. Contact details, links, pictures, pages, sections and the look always wait for your confirmation.
Reminders and the monthly check
The assistant can keep an eye on your website; choose what in its Settings:
- Remind me to check my opening hours, when they have not changed for six months.
- Remind me before public holidays, with a closing notice ready, two weeks ahead, for the country you choose.
- Remind me of visitors' reviews waiting.
- Check my website once a month: pages without a description, missing or repeated titles, links that lead nowhere, pictures without a description or too heavy. Fix with the assistant writes the request for you.
- Suggest content ideas once a month, on the paid plans.
